RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Customers can raise a request to return new products if they wish to do so, or when they are not satisfied with the product, or because there is a defect in it, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exceptions:-

1.  products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches, or malfunctions caused by the use of wrong voltage, or the loss of some parts of the product (such as the manual, accessories ...).

2.  Item must be in its original box upon return, with manual and all accessories included.
Warranty refunds, exchanges and repairs require original proof of purchase.

3.  One of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the return request, after completing the process of inspecting the product to ensure that it is free of defects.

4.  The refund process begins once the returned product is agreed to match the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days depending on the payment method used.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. The products are delivered using companies specialized in delivering orders within the kingdom of saudi arabia within a period not exceeding five working days, without calculating holidays and vacations, according to the policies of the shipping companies.
